The school has a number of venues which it hires out for functions. All venues for hire are situated on the High School campus, Canigou Avenue. At the school's discretion, any member of the public may hire these facilities. School functions have first priority then staff, Old Boys, parents and thereafter the paying public.

CENTENARY PAVILION
Used for conferences, wedding receptions, lunches, dinners, bridge drives, sports functions and formal functions. Seating comfortably 80 - 100 people this up market venue is situated on the Cricket A field. It also has a courtyard, which can be used for outdoor functions. It has the full use of a small functional kitchen, crockery and cutlery for 100 people plus a majestic bar complete with fridges.

CENTENARY COMPUTER CENTRE
Used for lectures, conferences or training.This venue houses 40 computers with email and internet access, 1 colour printer, an overhead projector as well as a computer projector. One of the computers is linked to a CD Rom and a scanner.

MEMORIAL HALL
Used for lectures, shows, talks, and conferences. This impressive theatre style hall with fixed seats and a gallery can accommodate 740 people. It has a stage and an entrance foyer, which can be used for registration or displays.

RESTAURANT
Used for pub evenings or small functions.The restaurant lends itself to smaller functions such as pub evenings or ladies dinners and seats between 100 and 120 people comfortably. If the adjoining tuck shop is to be used prior arrangements with the tuck shop convenor as well as the RBHS grounds man have to be made and an additional cost is involved. There are cups & saucers and cutlery, which come with this venue as well as the use of a fridge, stove, and pie warmer in the tuck shop.

MEARS CENTRE
Indoor sports centre and venue writing examinations.

POOL CHALET AND SWIMMING POOL
Ideal for small functions for example end of year braais. With the pool chalet comes the use of the swimming pool. The chalet can accommodate approximately 50 people. The swimming pool area has built in braais and lawns to picnic on.

MUSIC AND PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE (including the Reeler Centre)
The Music And Performing Arts Centre adjoins the Reeler Centre, and features a large ensemble room and small recording studio. The Reeler Centre is a small theatre for debating, play rehearsals, music recitals and small shows or functions. Approximately 100 people can be accommodated.

ALL FIELDS All RBHS
Fields can be hired for film shoots or functions such as company family days as long as they are not being used or rested by the School.
