| Academic Colours |
- The assessment of colours will be made after the mid-year examinations, after the September Matric examination and after the final examination.
- Colours are awarded as soon as possible after the examinations.
- A pupil may be awarded colours from the end of his Grade 10 year. A pupil may be awarded and wear both a tie and a distinction badge. The award of full colours earns a colours badge, and half colours a scroll under the ordinary badge.
