| Grade 10 electives: |
 Physical Sciences and Information Technology may only be taken if Mathematics (not Maths Literacy) is taken. One subject must be taken from each of the groups 5 - 7.
Where options are indicated, numbers of prospective pupils or availability of staff will determine whether or how many of these classes can be offered.
Advanced courses in English, Mathematics are offered to selected groups of pupils in Grades 9 to 11 as well as Physical Science(Grades 10 and 11 only). Work well beyond the scope and standard of the syllabus is tackled and the pupils write different examinations. Marks in these courses tend to be lower than they would have been for the ordinary examination, but the whole emphasis of these courses is to prepare pupils for post-school studies. |
