FINA WORLD MEN’S JUNIOR WATER POLO CHAMPIONSHIPS

Nicholas Melck (Grade 11) was a team member of the SA Junior  Men’s Water Polo Team that competed at the  recent FINA World Juniors Championship in Sibenik, Croatia.  Croatia won the tournament with Greece in second place and Serbia third.  Serbia were in Pool C of the tournament together with South Africa.  Nineteen teams in total participated.
The highlight  for Nicholas was watching the top games and the agility of their  players  in the water.
