RBPS: Yellow Pages

The yellow pages affords parents the opportunity to advertise their business, home craft, services including a For Sale and Wanted to Purchase section to the whole RBPS parent community who will in turn, hopefully, support the parent advertisers provided that the service offered is competitive and the fees/cost reasonable. Advertisers may wish to offer RBPS parents a discount. The money generated will be used at the Basil Crews Pavilion.

Publication specs:

A5 publication printed in black on yellow paper.
4 publications per year – one each term.
Deadline for material: the 2nd week at the start of each term.
Circulation: All boys receive a printed copy to take home to parents. The advert will gain exposure to a RBPS parent population of some 1200 adults.

Booking

Complete booking form and send it to school for the attention of the Headmaster’s Secretary. Fax copy of advertisement to the Headmaster,s Secretary:

Advertising fee must accompany copy either in cash to the Headmaster’s Secretary or via eft transfer


	Costs

	R40 per insertion for 35 words. This limit includes name, address and phone numbers.

School Magazine

Rondebosch Boys' Schools annually publish a prestigious magazine, recording the year's achievements and activities. The magazine comprises about 200 pages and has a print order of 2500. It is distributed widely - at local, national and international levels. It is kept for a long time and is a tremendous medium through which to promote your company. The School has been complimented on the quality of its magazine. This quality unfortunately comes with a cost and we are striving to increase our advertising base thereby reducing the cost to the Schools. Our target is to try and fund the magazine through advertising.

Posters & Inserts in Newsletters

The School receives numerous requests from the broader Rondebosch community to advertise by way of posters or inserting information in the school's weekly newsletter. The decision to accept and/or reject these requests is solely at the discretion of the Headmaster and as such any form of advertising of this nature must be directed through the secretary's office for his approval.
